Operator and service

Simon Lumikello, an independent developer, operates Jaksa! Jaksa!, a free workout logging service. Contact: secretwpn.reg@gmail.com. You can record exercises, plans and workouts, and optionally share plans, publish a profile or request AI insights.

Accounts and age

Use an account you are authorized to use and keep it secure. Independent sign-up requires age 13 in Finland and age 16 elsewhere, and any higher age required where you live. A verified parent or guardian process for younger children is not currently available. If you already have an account and are below the applicable age, contact us for assistance, access, export or erasure. These terms do not replace the separate consent choices described in the privacy notice.

Your content and sharing

You retain your rights in the content you create. You authorize the processing needed for the features you request, subject to your privacy choices. Share only content you have the right to share. Do not publish other people's personal information without a lawful basis, illegal content, harassment or infringing material. Public and unlisted content can be copied by recipients. Revoking a link or making a profile private stops future access through that mechanism, but does not recall existing copies.

Report illegal public content to the contact above. Include its URL, why you believe it is illegal and enough information for us to investigate. We assess reports and may restrict content or accounts, explain our decision where appropriate, and provide a way to contact us to challenge it.

Training and AI information

The app and its AI reports provide general training information. AI can make mistakes; review its suggestions before using them.

Availability and fair use

Do not misuse the service, try to access another user's data, bypass safeguards or disrupt the app. We work to keep it reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. Keep an export of records you need. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and ending use

We may update the service and these terms, with notice of material changes. Changes to personal-data processing remain subject to the privacy notice and any required new consent. You can stop using the app and delete your account from Profile → Account and data controls. We may restrict accounts or content for unlawful use, serious misuse or security reasons; contact us to request a review.
